Role Overview

Accenture Song is seeking an experienced Senior FrontEnd Architect (Manager) to define, own, and lead enterprise-scale frontend architecture across multi-team programs. In this strategic technical leadership role, you will architect high-performance, modular web applications built on headless, API-first, and micro-frontend architectures.

You will bridge business vision, enterprise architecture, UX, and engineering execution—guiding senior developers, shaping technical strategies, participating in pre-sales discussions, and driving continuous optimization across high-visibility digital platforms.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Enterprise Frontend Ownership: Define, govern, and champion scalable frontend architectures, technical designs, and delivery roadmaps across complex multi-team initiatives.
  • Modern Architectural Standards: Drive adoption of modern patterns including micro-frontends, headless/API-first integrations, server-side rendering strategies (SSR, SSG, ISR), and BFF (Backend-For-Frontend) layers using Node.js/Fastify.
  • Technical Governance & Quality: Establish coding standards, performance benchmarks (Core Web Vitals), web accessibility rules (WCAG/ARIA), and lead rigorous architecture and code reviews.
  • Cross-Functional Strategy: Partner with product owners, UX leads, backend teams, DevOps, and Enterprise Architects to translate complex requirements into robust implementation blueprints.
  • Leadership & Pre-Sales Support: Provide technical leadership in solution estimations, RFPs, and pre-sales discussions while mentoring tech leads and driving capability growth across engineering teams.

Education & Experience

  • Education: Graduation degree (accurate educational documentation required).
  • Experience: 10–15 years of technical experience with a heavy focus on enterprise React.js and modern JavaScript ecosystem.
